A Recent Lack of Updates

I want to apologize for the lack of activity as of late. Some other projects have required more attention than was originally expected. With time monopolized elsewhere, I started to think about a few things regarding this site, primarily the want for it to be more social and community based. It would appear that BuddyPress is now compatible with regular WordPress installations as opposed to only WordPress MU installs as it was previously.

I’ve been toying with a local WordPress install and testing BuddyPress with it. I believe it could do the trick here. Groups for both plugin and theme developers to announce their creations as well as for them and the community at large to offer support. General WordPress groups or theme/plugin idea groups could work as well. Of course, interactions could branch out to any number of things beyond the initial scope of this site, being a social type site, nearly anything would be fair game, I suppose.

So, I’m looking for some input on what you, the visitors, think about the idea(s).

Good or bad, please leave a message here and let me know how you feel. So I know if I’m moving in the right direction, or not.
